By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from the Children & Family Advocacy Center, you agree to the following SMS Terms & Conditions.
SMS Program Description
The Children & Family Advocacy Center uses SMS communications to support client services, care coordination, scheduling, and operational communications. SMS messages may include:
- Appointment reminders
- Scheduling updates and notifications
- Responses to inquiries
- Questionnaire and survey reminders
- Service-related communications
- Client and caregiver communications
- Acute and residential program communications
- Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) coordination and case-related communications
- Operational notices and service updates
Messages are sent only to individuals who have provided consent through a signed authorization form or otherwise have a documented need-to-know basis related to services provided by the Children & Family Advocacy Center
Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your mobile phone number and signing the SMS authorization form, you consent to receive text messages from the Children & Family Advocacy Center regarding services, communications, and activities related to your involvement with the CFAC programs and services.
Consent to receive SMS communications is not a condition of receiving services.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on communication needs, scheduled appointments, service participation, case coordination requirements, and client preferences.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier’s pricing plan. Charges may vary if messages are sent or received while roaming.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.

After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS communications from the Children & Family Advocacy Center unless you provide new consent.
