The Children & Family Advocacy Center’s (CFAC) Pinwheel Campaign is a tribute held throughout the month of April in honor of Child Abuse Awareness and Prevention Month. Our campaign revolves around the national symbol of the pinwheel, embodying the spirit of playfulness, joy, and childhood. In the face of abuse, these innocent lives are robbed of the opportunity for a carefree childhood.

Each pinwheel tells a story of resilience, a story of the strength and determination of the children and families who have taken that first step towards healing. In recent years over 900 pinwheels have been places around Benton County thanks to the help of our volunteers and agency partners. Pinwheels can be seen at local businesses, law enforcement agencies, and even across residential lawns. In 2024 we began our Digital Pinwheel campaign that allowed donors to show their support across social media channels.

The CFAC’s Pinwheel Campaign is a powerful statement of solidarity to restore lives impacted by trauma. By sponsoring and placing pinwheels outside your homes or businesses, you are contributing to the empowerment of individuals and families on their path to breaking the cycles of abuse.
