One Team. One Mission. One Voice

Residential Application

The Children & Family Advocacy Center operates a long-term shelter for women, and their children, in crisis. If you, or someone you know, is in need of our services please fill out our Residential Application and a member of our team will contact you.

Our shelter is not emergency housing. The residential program provides long-term holistic services for the women and children who are currently residing with us. Our program focuses on the physical, mental, and psychosocial healing of our families and re-integrating them back into the community towards self-sufficiency.

Program Eligibility:
  • Homeless Woman/Woman with Children
  • Domestic Violence/Trauma Survivor
  • Clean Record (no assault/battery/neglect/child maltreatment findings)
  • Prior involvement in a transitional living program is discouraged
  • 6 months sobriety
  • Willing to abide by program guidelines
  • Willing to follow medical provider recommendations regarding medication management for mental/behavioral diagnosis
  • Strong inclination to change and work towards self-sufficiency

*Please note: Our residential program is currently at capacity. You may still submit an application for consideration, and qualified applicants will be added to our waitlist for future availability. We appreciate your understanding and your interest in joining our program.
