The Children & Family Advocacy Center (CFAC) is a non-profit located in Little Flock, Arkansas. Our organization is committed to serving those impacted by trauma in Northwest Arkansas and beyond. We provide comprehensive and individualized programming that involves advocacy, counseling, residential support, and specialized child-first interviewing in cases of child maltreatment. We operate as One Team. One Mission. One Voice. Your impactful employment journey starts here.
In addition to directly working with women and children in crisis, the Children & Family Advocacy Center is fortunate to have a dedicated administrative team who works relentlessly to support the center. These teams include business development, community relations, and organizational operations. These integral components of the organization are responsible for hosting CFAC signature events, building brand awareness through community outreach, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the facility.
The Center works closely with local law enforcement, the Division of Children and Family Services, the Crimes Against Children Division, and other partners to offer a holistic approach to healing. These multi-disciplinary partners are crucial to the work we do to build resilient families. We also have an ongoing partnership with the NWA Forensic Nurse Team, a dedicated group of Sexual Assault Nurse Examiners (SANE) who work with advocacy centers across the region.
