One Team. One Mission. One Voice

Who We Are

For those affected by trauma, every pinwheel is a story of resilience.

Through long-standing essential services, we provide the resources needed for children and families in our community. By breaking the cycle of abuse, we make a lasting generational impact.

We Are CFAC

The Children & Family Advocacy Center is located on 70 acres in Little Flock, Arkansas where over 30 years ago David and Beverly Engle first took roots for their work to restore lives impacted by trauma. Under the direction of Executive Director Natalie Tibbs the organization has grown to focus on both acute and restorative trauma services.

The acute services offered at our Main Center focuses on children experiencing suspected child abuse in Benton County. Our team of dedicated advocates, interviewers, nurses, and mental health counselors work to provide a holistic approach to healing.

Our restorative services encompass long-term housing for women, and their children, in the midst of crisis. Beyond shelter we offer ongoing case management, mental health counseling, and group sessions to help break the cycle of abuse.

One Team. One Mission. One Voice.

The stories we are sharing across our social media channels this season represent those impacted by trauma who receive services at our center. These stories are filled with hope—but the very programs that made them possible are experiencing deep funding cuts. CFAC has already lost 40% of its state funding, and by 2026, more than $600,000 lost will threaten essential services children and families depend on

Please consider the Children & Family Advocacy Center as part of your 2025 end of year giving.
